[ About ]

Less manual work. More of your day back.

Every industry has work that people do by hand, all day: reading requests, retyping the same details, chasing approvals. Shlix AI takes that work off them, wherever the pain is, and leaves the decisions with your people, so they spend their time on the work only they can do.

We go one industry at a time and start where we know the work best. Insurance is first: Shlix IBS runs an agency's back office, as automation, as our back-office team, or both.

26request types ready on day one — and you add your own
14checked steps in every certificate the software drafts
2people on every approved document: the one who did it, and another who approves
0personal emails stored — they are read in memory and dropped

How we count these

One brand, a family of back-office products.

Parent brandShlix AI

Automation for manual, repetitive work in any industry: the email, forms, retyping and chasing that take a team's day, done by software with a person deciding.

NextYour industry

The same approach wherever manual work piles up, built with the businesses who live with it. We announce a product when it works.

[ Why we built it ]

We started with the work, not the AI.

Before building anything, we studied months of real service work at an independent commercial-lines agency. The pattern was clear: most of the work follows rules the agency already has, and the cost is in executing them by hand, all day, while the volume keeps growing.

So Shlix AI does the reading, sorting, routing and drafting, and leaves the judgment with your team. It sits beside the agency management system you already use rather than replacing it, and every action it takes is on the record.

See how it works, step by step.

[ Principles ]

Four things we will not compromise.

  • A person approves

Software drafts; a licensed professional decides. Every request type can require an approver, and the approver is never the person who did the work.

  • Every value has a source

A certificate is only as good as its weakest field. Shlix records where each value came from — the email, the sample or your AMS — and stops when a check fails instead of guessing.

  • Private stays private

A shared inbox holds personal mail too. It is read in memory and dropped; nobody — your team or ours — ever sees it.

  • Measured, not promised

We do not quote an automation rate before running on your mail. Your first month measures it, the dashboard keeps measuring it, and you see the same number we do.

How you start.

  1. Before you startSee it on sample data

A walkthrough on made-up requests, so you see the whole flow without sharing any customer information.

  2. Day 1Connect and set up

Permission-based access to your agency inboxes, your request types, due times and who approves what — set up with you on a short call.

  3. Week 1Run quietly

Shlix reads, sorts and drafts on your real requests with customer email switched off. Your team checks the work.

  4. Weeks 2–4Work from it

Your team works the queue in Shlix; we tune routing and wording with you as real cases come in.

  5. End of month 1See the numbers

Requests handled, how many needed a person, turnaround and Overdue. The plan is monthly, so you decide each month whether to carry on.

Understand the business first. Then build the technology around it.

Kommu Devi PraasadFounder & Managing Director, Zerobyte Technologies and Shlix AI

“Technology should make running a business easier, not give people another system to manage.”

This belief shapes how Devi approaches technology, automation and business transformation. Rather than starting with a product or the latest technology, he starts with a more important question: Where does the business lose time, what slows its people down, and what can be done better?

With more than 15 years of experience in technology, Devi has led and contributed to the development of business-process automation, AI-powered applications and custom software platforms for companies across the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East.

That business-first philosophy is at the heart of Shlix AI.

Built with a focus on the U.S. property and casualty insurance industry, Shlix AI addresses the repetitive, document-heavy back-office work that takes time away from an agency's people. From handling incoming requests and organizing documents to preparing drafts and routing work for review, the goal is to simplify everyday operations through purpose-built AI and workflow automation, with optional human support when needed.

We believe the best automation doesn't make business more complicated. It makes good people more effective.

That is the thinking behind Shlix AI: understand the work, solve the real problem, and build technology that fits the way the business operates.

Why it is safe to start with us.

  • See it before you share anything

A walkthrough on sample requests first. Then your agency inboxes, with customer email off until you say so.

  • Your data stays yours

On request we return or delete it. Nothing is used to advertise, and nothing is sold.

  • Open about security

What we do, and what we do not claim yet, is on our security page.

  • A direct line

Early agencies work with the people who build the product, and shape what comes next.
