Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use the Shlix AI website and the Shlix IBS app, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or voice control.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not had an independent audit yet, so we do not claim full conformance.
What we do
- Every page has one main heading, a logical heading order and a “Skip to content” link.
- Menus, questions and demos work with the keyboard, with a visible focus ring.
- Text and controls are designed for a contrast of at least 4.5:1, and 3:1 for large text and controls.
- Animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Forms have labels, and errors and confirmations are announced to screen readers.
- Automated accessibility checks (axe-core) run on our main pages before release.
Known limits
The animated particle background on the home page is decorative and hidden from assistive technology. Product screenshots are described in text next to them. Some PDF documents produced by the product follow the ACORD layout, which may not be fully accessible; tell us if you need another format.
Report a barrier
If something on the site or in the app is hard to use, please tell us through the contact form and say which page and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 business days and to fix the problem or offer another way to get what you need.
