What's new in Shlix IBS
What we shipped, month by month. We list a feature here only once it works; plans live on the integrations page, labeled as plans.
- Owner-created tasks. Owners and approvers can create a task by hand, with collaborators, links, files, a deadline and cancellation, alongside the tasks created from email.
- Day-by-day task log. Every task's history is grouped by day and downloads as CSV, including every document check.
- Sample-data walkthrough. A sandbox that runs a day of invented requests end to end, with a score card, so agencies can see the whole flow without sharing customer information.
- Clear monthly statements. Every statement lists the plan and any agreed extras line by line, so an agency can check each charge against its own work.
- Privacy operations. Automatic retention: contact requests deleted after 24 months, agency data 90 days after leaving. A rights-request console and an append-only audit log.
- Contact form attachments. Prospective agencies can attach sample documents to a contact request; files are kept in private storage, not emailed.
- Owner dashboard. Open work by agency day and age, a clock that pauses while waiting on others, and the last seven days against the seven before.
- Certificate accuracy. Special wording is copied word for word, the contact is never left blank, and every certificate gets a unique, race-free number.
