How we publish customer stories
A quote, a logo or a case study on this site is a claim that a real agency uses Shlix IBS and said those words. These are the rules we follow before anything like that is published, in plain English.
1. Written consent first
We publish a customer's name, words, photo or logo only after they have agreed in writing. We keep the signed consent, with its date, for as long as the content is published and for a period after.
2. Real customers only
Every testimonial comes from a real person at an agency that uses, or has used, Shlix IBS. We do not write quotes for people, invent customers, buy reviews, or use AI to generate endorsements. Next to each quote we say what the relationship is, for example “paying customer since January 2027”.
3. Their words, not ours
We may shorten a quote or fix a typo, but we do not edit it in a way that changes its meaning. The person approves the final wording before it is published.
4. Anything of value is disclosed
If the person or their agency received anything for their story, such as a discount, free months or founding-agency pricing, we say so directly under the quote.
5. Results are theirs, not a promise
A customer's numbers describe what happened at their agency. We do not present them as what every agency will get. Our own figures are measured on your requests in your first month.
6. Withdrawing consent
Anyone can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us through the contact form. We remove the content from this site within 5 business days, and stop using it in new sales material straight away.
7. Examples are labeled
Sample requests, demo screens and example data written by us are always labeled as illustrative. They have no names or agencies attached, so nobody can mistake them for a customer's endorsement.
8. Questions
If you think something on this site breaks these rules, please tell us. We will look at it and correct it.
