How Shlix handles endorsements.

The same order every time, recorded on the task as it runs. Anything unclear stops for a person instead of being guessed.

  • From the request
  • From your AMS
  • A person decides
  • Done and on record
  1. Recognize and match

The request type, customer and policy are found from the email and its attachments.

  2. Route to the person with room

Sent to the right team member by your rules and current workload; urgent work goes first.

  3. Start the clock

A due time for this request type, with at-risk and Overdue flags before anyone has to ask.

  4. Your team makes the change

In the AMS and with the carrier, as today. Shlix records what was done.

  5. Approve and confirm

An account manager approves where required, and the confirmation goes back to the requester.

Who signs off, and what stays on record.

Who approves

Endorsements are usually set to need an account manager, because they change coverage.

What is recorded

Who did what and when, the work report and the reply are kept on the task.

What is next

Preparing the change itself, for example drafting the carrier request, is a later step. Today your team makes the change.

Does Shlix change the policy?

No. It prepares the work around the change — recognizing, routing, timing and tracking — and your team makes the change in your system.
